Castro, presidi\u00f3 la reuni\u00f3n institucional con el objetivo de abordar la problem\u00e1tica social y agraria que se vivi\u00f3 en Cubilguitz, Km. 256 ruta entre Cob\u00e1n y Chisec, Alta Verapaz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la reuni\u00f3n se analiza<span class=\"textexposedshow\">ron las causas que originaron el conflicto entre las personas involucradas, el se\u00f1or Gobernador Departamental resalt\u00f3 que la conflictividad abarca aspectos profundos que han venido propiciando un escenario para el desarrollo del conflicto. <\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"textexposedshow\">Cuando se habla de conflictividad se habla sobre todo, de las estructuras, h\u00e1bitos culturales y pr\u00e1cticas que propician los conflictos indic\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como resultado de la reuni\u00f3n se logr\u00f3 realizar consultas t\u00e9cnicas y jur\u00eddicas que sustenten y respalden el actuar de las instituciones en el proceso de investigaci\u00f3n y actuar de la PNC para dar cumplimiento a la pol\u00edtica Departamental de atenci\u00f3n de la conflictividad agraria.<\/p>\n<p><a
