{"id":12618,"date":"2022-03-02T15:31:27","date_gmt":"2022-03-02T21:31:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gobernacionaltaverapaz.gob.gt\/?p=12618"},"modified":"2022-03-10T16:31:41","modified_gmt":"2022-03-10T22:31:41","slug":"diplomado-gobernanza-local-innovacin-pblica-para-la-gestin-de-los-servicios-pblicos-planificacin-del-desarrollo-local","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gobernacionaltaverapaz.gob.gt\/?p=12618","title":{"rendered":"Plataforma de Innovaci\u00f3n de San Rafael Las Flores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Guate Avanza | DIPLOMADO, GOBERNANZA LOCAL E INNOVACI\u00d3N P\u00daBLICA PARA LA GESTI\u00d3N DE LOS SERVICIOS P\u00daBLICOS Y PLANIFICACI\u00d3N DEL DESARROLLO LOCAL.<br \/>\nBaja la direcci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Presidencial de Asuntos Municipales Copresam del Gobierno de Guatemala y el apoyo de los Proyectos Gobernanza local y Recuperaci\u00f3n post Covid-19 y tormentas Eta e lota en los municipios que conforman la Manco Verapaz.&#8221; y el Proyecto &#8220;Plataforma de Innovaci\u00f3n de San Rafael Las Flores&#8221; del PNUD Guatemala, se fortalecen los conocimientos de las autoridades y personal t\u00e9cnico, administrativo y financiero municipal sobre el sistema de Planificaci\u00f3n, Programaci\u00f3n y de la Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica y la importancia de alinear los instrumentos de planificaci\u00f3n al PDM-OT y a las prioridades nacionales.<br \/>\nEl objetivo principal es fortalecer los conocimientos de los funcionarios municipales de los 6 municipios con conocimiento de la Ley de descentralizaci\u00f3n y del Sistema Nacional de Consejos de Desarrollo y su reglamento y la Ley de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica; impulsando la organizaci\u00f3n y\/o fortalecimiento de las comisiones permanentes del COMUDE.<br \/>\nLas municipalidades participantes son; Municipalidad de San Pedro Carch\u00e1, San Juan Chamelco, Cob\u00e1n, Santa Cruz Verapaz, San Rafael Las Flores y Totonicap\u00e1n.<br \/>\nEl diplomado dio inicio el 19 de enero y finaliza el 20 de abril de 2022 con una duraci\u00f3n de 120 horas (54 horas presenciales\/virtuales y 66 horas de trabajo de campo).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guate Avanza | DIPLOMADO, GOBERNANZA LOCAL E INNOVACI\u00d3N P\u00daBLICA PARA LA GESTI\u00d3N DE LOS SERVICIOS P\u00daBLICOS Y PLANIFICACI\u00d3N DEL DESARROLLO LOCAL.
