acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1n la elecci\u00f3n de los representantes titulares y representantes suplentes, de las Instituciones o Sectores no Gubernamentales en el nivel departamental.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">La Secretar\u00eda de Coordinaci\u00f3n Ejecutiva de la Presidencia -SCEP- ha generado una gu\u00eda, la cual presenta el marco legal y t\u00e9cnico para que las elecciones de representantes sea transparente, con un aunt\u00e9ntico esp\u00edritu democr\u00e1tico y de forma
